Pretty Beaded Heart Pattern

Just in time for Valentine's Day, this cute little heart can be made in less than an hour. Add it to the center of a necklace or bracelet. You could also put it on a chain for a very simple necklace. So grab a handful of beads and start making a pile of hearts for all yourself and all your friends.

Double St. Petersburg Chain Bracelet Pattern

This bracelet is made using the "Double St. Petersburg Chain" as a base. It looks really hard, but it can be made in a day. Using the larger Delica beads for the St. Petersburg chain part really makes it fast and easy to complete. I used gunmetal color beads and blue Fire-polished crystals. Gunmetal was really popular for awhile but seems to not be as much now. I really like this color though, especially on a cold winter night out with a cute little black top.
Start by waxing and stretching your thread, use Nymo D or C-Lon & a #11 or #12 beading needle. Tie in a "stopper" bead, leaving about an 8" tail and begin at step #1.
